By simply just drinking water.....

We tend to forget at how vital water is to our life that we easily take it for granted.  Here are some more health tips as many of you try to focus on your health more this year....

Drinking water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness on the Human body:
  • 2 glasses of water after waking up - helps activate internal organs (There are studies that have attributed substantial weight loss just by starting the day with a drink of water as soon as you wake up. As much as 10 pounds in a month along with proper diet)
  • 1 glass of water  30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion
  • 1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure
  • 1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack 
Other Tips:
  • Composes 75% of the brain
  • Helps regulate body temperature
  • Helps carry nutrients and oxygen to cells
  • Moistens oxygen for breathing
  • Makes up 83% of your blood
  • Helps convert food into energy
  • Helps remove waste
  • Protects and cushions organs
  • Accounts for 22% of bones
  • Cushions joints
  • Helps body absorb nutrients
  • Makes up 75% of muscles
And most importantly, it helps wash down your favorite Italian dishes. If you are looking to be alittle bit more healthy this year, remember these tips and replace someof your regular beverages with water a bit more.  Your body will thank you....
