Stuffing
- 1 cup packed (6 ounces) figs, stemmed and halved
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons dried herbes de Provence or Italian herb seasoning

- 1 tablespoon drained capers or finely chopped parsley (optional)
