Pumpkin Pie DipServings: 4 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups confectioner’ sugar
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- Gingersnap cookies
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the pumpkin, sour cream, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and ginger. Stir until blended.
- Serve with the gingersnaps.
