Italian Style Shrimp Wrap Recipe

Italian Style Shrimp Wraps

Servings: 4


  • 4 tbsp pesto (available in a jar at Doris Market)
  • 4 tortillas or flatbreads (regular or flavored)
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 to 1 ½ cups of cooked shrimp, cut into ½ inch pieces
  • 1 (14oz) jar/can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
  • ½ cup diced sun dried tomatoes


  1. Lay tortillas flat and spread pesto on it.
  2. Top with shrimp, spinach, artichoke hearts, and sun dried tomatoes and roll up.
